SensioGrey launches the RSRV experience for the Maison Mumm

On behalf of the Maison MUMM, SensioGrey aims at renewing the RSRV experience: redesign of the website, creation of a mobile app, conception of the contents and CRM programm

Enjoying a tremendous heritage since 1827, Mumm is the first international Maison de Champagne in France and the third worldwide. (source: IWSR 2016).
With the RSRV program, the company wants to assert its premium status. Its ambition, to build up a regular and direct relationship with the Friends of the House and turn them into real ambassadors, going beyond a simple e-commerce platform.

With the new RSRV program available on a mobile app, the Friends of the House enjoy the entire RSRV experience: access to exclusive cuvées of champagne, real link to privileged information to discover and enjoy tasting experiences, invitations to special events and private experiences to meet the passionates fellows.
