You already know it : internet surfers are customers. Whether they are satisfied or not, they now have planty of plateforms to let it know. On top of the list : social networks, which are the priviledged communication lines to send messages to brands. As far as the customer relationship is concerned, the multiple touchpoints are not easy to handle. Some brilliantly succed, others can’t seem to fit to the succeed codes – or worth, copy them without mastring it. As a matter of fact, it won’t work.
