G7 has called SensioGrey to redesign its site. One objective: place the control in the center.
SensioGrey has redesigned the G7 website to serve the objective of digitizing bookings, taking note of the real uses of the site and giving it a clear role: to order a taxi. The control tunnel is now accessible from the top of the home page, without clicking. The mobile application is strongly emphasized, to enhance the multi-channel service of G7.
The G7 service does not start when the customer rides in the taxi and ends when it goes down, the order is the customer’s first contact with the quality of service provided by G7.
The new site allows G7 to consolidate its leading position by demonstrating the power of the network, highlighting the richness of the offer: a response for each need and for each type of audience, and its upgrading via « Plus » services for the most demanding professionals and customers.
He also participates in making G7 a brand capable of seducing new drivers, oriented reception and service. The redesign of the site is not yet completed, however, the new middle offices of administrators and drivers will be put online soon.
