Lucas Denjean

Managing Director | Associate

Graduated from l’EDHEC and general manager of SensioGrey since 2013, Lucas is in charge of the strategies and operations of the agency. He intervenes in particular on the advice in rupture model (communication, distribution), in omnichannel and on the recommendation of allocation of means.

Sandrine Paganelli

Head of Media | Managing Partner

Graduated from a MBA in Great Britain, Sandrine has been directing Sensio media for over 8 years. She is your entry point for all online media issues and manages a multidisciplinary team that will accompany you in the reflection, implementation, monitoring and optimization of your operations.

Marie-Hélène Mioche

Head of Stories | Managing Partner

Marie-Helene is both graduated from an engineering and digital communication degrees.
Along with her team, she conceives and supervises digital and social strategies, and lean on the agency’s skills : brand content influence social CRM, and community management.

Franck Théry

Head of Design | Managing Partner

Graduated from Inseec, Franck advises brands in their communication strategy.
Integrated mobile-centric devices are his expertise, which he currently uses to fit to the consumer journey.

Clotilde Ravin

Head of New Business and Marketing

Clotilde is graduated from la Sorbonne and l’Institut International de Communication de Paris.

She handles all competitions but also fosters your relationship with the agency.

Julien Madelin

Creative Director

Julien sets strategies and creative devices into digital and cross-media ecosystems, all focused on the users.

He leads the agency’s creatives and egonomic experts.

Karine Motch

Head of Strategy

For over 15 years Karine has brought her digital and CRM expertise to brands which want to reconnect their business challenges with their consumers’s needs.

Her role is to understand your clients’ expectations, motivations, and behaviors, to distinguish your brand from the market thanks to the strategic idea.

Karine also guarantees the relevance between your digital strategy and your brand positioning.

Grégory Pascal


After graduating from the Central School of Marseille and HEC Entrepreneurs, Gregory Pascal partnered with Fabien Potencier to found the Sensio agency in 1998. He is board member of Syntec Digital Source, board member of the AACC, and also member of the advisory board of France Digital, member of Tech in France, the Galion project and the EBG. In February 2017, he was elected president of the AACCi (interactive delegation of the Association of Communication Consultancy Agencies).
