2018, year of social business?

At the end of 2017, Paypal announced a partnership with Messenger as Instragram was testing its new Instashop functionality.

Both are now equipped with a purchase functionality. While more and more purchase paths start on social networks, the challenge for Facebook is to offer the smoothest and most integrated experience ever. The aim is to reach its Chinese competitor WeChat which absorbed 31% of online sales in 2017.
